The CHILI2: Dream Machine
Dreams realized out of cloth and lines!
Following the C3, the new CHILI2 debuts in the EN-B/LTF1-2 class with a true 3-Line concept.
An aspect ration of 5,65 joins the 3-Line concept to provide a level of performance never seen before in this class. JET FLAP Technology and plenty of intuition in the construction, as well as in testing and trimming, have resulted in a high dose of passive safety and virtually perfect handling.
The CHILI2 is a top-class high end 1-2. Therefore, the target group for the CHILI2 is advanced pilots who enjoy cross country or ambitious thermal pilots.
While the former CHILI served the freestyler, the CHILI2 is geared to the handling-oriented pilot. The very high comfort factor gives pilots a chance to concentrate fully on flying.
We applied a modified CAYENNE3 profile to the CHILI2, in order to optimize passive safety in this category.
After this purebred 3-Line concept proved itself on the CAYENNE3, we implemented the drag-saving concept into the CHILI2.
This drag advantage enters into glide performance producing a performance advantage of almost 10%, compared to conventional 4-liners.
The CHILI2 pilot can dream of new personal goals, the performance of the CHILI2 will pave the way.
